Registration Information

With your registration, we require this information: first and last name, email, PA certification number, certification level, and agency affiliation. Please have all that information ready when registering.

At the moment, we have an early bird discount until October 1st. Register now and get your EMS360 tickets for only $105! We also have a group discount – if you purchase five or more conference tickets, we will take $20 off each ticket!
